Abstract: The Article descibes the European network of supervisors. It deals with the establishment of this network, the functions it has, amongst which, exchange of information and (best) practices as well as coordination of enforcement in different Member States. It also includes rules on the collaboration between Member State supervisory authorities and requests for the cost connected to mutual assistance.
