Salah Husseini
Chapter 8 in Sustainable Business in Europe, 2026, pp 109-120 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This contribution comments on Article 8 of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, which outlines the steps companies must take to identify and assess adverse human rights and environmental impacts arising from their own operations and those of their chains of activities. The chapter explores ways to prioritise such exercises across vast and diversified value chains.
