Abstract:
This entry defines infrastructure investment and differentiates between concepts of funding and financing infrastructure. The use of Public Private Partnerships is contrasted with Regulated Infrastructure Investment. Different structural models for infrastructure investment are described, with discussion of alternative investment drivers.
