Abstract:
Industry 4.0 represents a new era which has a significant impact on society, individuals, and business behavior. Today, automation and digitalization are rapid. New information systems and shopping behavior in the e-commerce environment are also transforming the logistics industry and making fast delivery a must. To make logistics management faster, more reliable, and more effective, information systems are used. The main aim of the study is to explore how leading logistics companies can make use of evolving internet systems, artificial intelligence, big data, and other factors, and how these innovations can be used to create Logistics 4.0.
