Abstract: This entry is a conceptual and historical overview of the journal Management & Organizational History. The ethos of the journal is described along with a chronology of its editors-in-chief. Three examples of highly cited articles from Management & Organizational History, which are emblematic of the remit of the journal, are explained. In the critical summary, the continued need for Management & Organizational History, as a space for critical and innovative organisational history, is discussed.
