Critical hermeneutics transcends surface-level analysis to uncover how organisational communications serve multiple functions beyond the obvious meanings. This approach offers emancipatory potential for researchers committed to challenging organisational inequities and understanding the complex interplay between organisational discourse and broader societal forces.
