Abstract:
This entry distills the contents of a book edited by Albert J. Mills and Nicholous M. Deal that introduces the idea of history to the emerging critical storytelling science paradigm. The book was published as part of the World Scientific Encyclopedia of Business Storytelling series commissioned by Professor David M. Boje. Contributors from multiple geographies, research traditions and philosophies come together to sketch the potential of stories on historical research in business, management and organization. Chapters in the book include contributions to historical processes, methodology and entrepreneurship narratives.
