Jeffrey Muldoon
Chapter 92 in Elgar Encyclopedia of Historical Organisation Studies, 2026, pp 338-340 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This entry examines the editorial philosophy of the Journal of Management History as well as the papers published in it and its general influence on the field of management. The journal was formed in 1995, folded into Management Decision and relaunched in 2006. As it stands, the journal focuses mostly on theory building and traditional topics – but it does have a keen interest in diversifying its offerings.
