Conclusion: an international human rights law of cooperation still unfolding
Prisca Feihle ()
Chapter 13 in An International Human Rights Law of Cooperation, 2025, pp 323-332 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This last chapter presents concluding observations drawn from the investigation into how human rights under the European Convention on Human Rights regulate inter-state interaction. Based on a summary of the book's findings, the chapter further explores the importance of reflecting on international cooperation from a human rights perspective to unfold an ‘international human rights law of cooperation’ and enhance states’ responsibility for human rights protection when cooperating.
