Regenerative leadership
Alessandro Inversini
Chapter 3 in Regenerative Hospitality, 2026, pp 42-57 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
Embracing systemic thinking and purpose-driven organizations results in the need to develop a new leadership style that extends beyond conventional frameworks, promoting a philosophy of stewardship, collaboration, and long-term thinking. These leaders embrace complexity, leverage systemic awareness within the internal organizational system; they promote an authentic understanding of the human and non-human systems the organization is part of. Regenerative leaders promote evolutionary strategy, culture, co-creation of value, work systems, and work structure.
