Abstract: Regenerative Hospitality is a journey that starts with a personal ‘wake-up call’ towards a mindset shift. This allows regenerative leaders to express compassion and empathy for all living beings, shift from ego-system to eco-system, and cultivate self-enquiry and inner peace. The observed process for the regenerative hospitality mindset shift comprehends the following steps: (i) wake-up call and self-awareness; (ii) cognitive process and sense making; (iii) caring for others and the world; (iv) regenerative mindset development; and (v) drive change in the interconnected living systems.
