People intelligence

Alessandro Inversini

Chapter 7 in Regenerative Hospitality, 2026, pp 103-116 from Edward Elgar Publishing

Abstract: If place intelligence is the outer layer of Regenerative Hospitality, people intelligence is the inner one. It is an ecosystem that is based on the relationships established between host and guests. It is an experiential layer where the regenerative organization proposes authentic and possibly transformative experiences to their guests. The ability to craft these experiences through specific techniques and processes in true connection with the natural and social ecosystems represents the tip of the iceberg of Regenerative Hospitality, with the added value visible to customers.
