Abstract:
This chapter comments on Article 28 of the Sixth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (EU) 2024/1640, which obliges FIUs to provide feedback to obliged entities and customs authorities on the quality and outcomes of their reports. It highlights how structured feedback enhances reporting standards and mutual trust between private and public actors.
