Abstract: In this chapter, we write about how important it is to think about the ways that people are treated in their everyday lives. Sometimes, we focus on big changes, like how hard it is for people when there are cuts to public services. This chapter argues that the ways that people are treated everyday matter very much. We talk about everyday acts of harm, and everyday acts of kindness. These acts can make a big difference to how people feel about themselves and their lives. Often everyday harms and everyday acts of kindness go unnoticed in people's lives. It is very important to pay attention to the everyday when thinking about social justice in the lives of disabled people.
