Abstract:
“Article 14: Prohibition of discrimination” gives an exhaustive account of the Court's case-law dealing with the prohibition of discrimination. Following a thematic approach, the chapter further presents key case-law on discrimination on grounds of sex and sexual orientation, race or association with a national minority, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, discrimination on grounds of property, birth or other status.
