The Supply Chain Resilience Checklist
Sam Mulopulos ()
Chapter 4 in Achieving Supply Chain Resilience, 2025, pp 101-111 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:
This chapter organizes the theoretical conclusions of previous chapters into the first ever organized process for balancing trade-offs between resilience and efficiency. This process, known as the Supply Chain Resilience Checklist, is designed to guide policymakers from the identification of supply chain vulnerabilities to the design and implementation of resilience-building policy interventions. Furthermore, by providing key questions that policymakers should ask at each stage of the process, the Supply Chain Resilience Checklist brings structure and coherence to supply chain resilience policy.
