Abstract:
This chapter briefly addresses the approach to sustainability in three regulatory texts with Intellectual Property relevance developed under or in connection with the so-called European Green Deal, those on “plants obtained by certain new genomic techniques” (COM(2023) 411 final) and on “the production and marketing of plant reproductive material” (COM(2023) 414 final), and Regulation (EU) 2024/1143.
