Drawing on recent legislative developments like the EU Corporate Sustainable Due Diligence Directive (2024/1760) and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (2022/2464), recommendations aim to balance GPP's environmental benefits with potential impacts on competition and economic efficiency.
