Mid-sized cities and regions and global competition
Peter Karl Kresl
Chapter 1 in Mid-sized Cities and Regions in Global Competition, 2026, pp 4-34 from Edward Elgar Publishing
Abstract:

Some have followed an imagined course of development while others have declared themselves to be a “shrinking city.”
