Chapter 2 provides guidance on how to start a new compliance program specifically focused on compliance with AI law. It discusses practical questions as to who should be in charge; how to work with internal and external stakeholders; if, when, and how to automate; how to create effective governance and accountability; how to identify legal requirements for each organization and jurisdiction; and how to prioritize.
