Abstract:
By 2040, almost all Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Member States (AMS) will be high-income countries, constituting a growth centre in the world economy (ERIA, 2019). Due to increasing incomes, the transportation sector will grow dramatically until 2040.
