Abstract:
The aim of the article is to identify the department differences in the sphere of dealing with innovative change in production company. The production companies specializing in production of certain products are usually resistant to any functional changes. The technology development and constant demand for technology update makes the change more important and more relevant to company success. Also the technology update in such companies are characterized by high cost so the implementation of such change remains often critical to competitiveness and financial stability for production companies. Therefore the author examines differences between three different departments involved in a change in production company producing packaging. The author identifies key elements that caused faults during newly created procedure. At the end out of the research we can find the basic recommendations for changes in the company when introducing further innovations.
