Abstract:
Operation management focuses on the administration of business processes to improve availability, flexibility, efficiency, sustainability and transparency. Operation management integrates the business processes of production, services, and logistics, and it is important not only on the operational level of value chains but can also significantly influence the strategic and tactical level of production and service processes.
