Abstract:
In the last 10 years a great number of Moldavian students enroll for Iasi universities, aiming to study, in order to correspond to the requests of the labor market, especially the European one. This paper represents the result of a study performed in order to emphasize the role of the front office personnel from Iasi universities in orientating these students and in assuring the social repsonsibility of these institutions.
