Abstract:
The necessity of a global level government and of solving some regional and international problems has lead to a political, economical and social fusion between the UE and Russia. The consolidation of the stability and security at the South-Eastern EU frontier represented the main objective of the European Neighbourhood. The fact that none of the two protagonists disposes of a full-strength best card has lead to signing some collaboration negotiations on the political scene. Russia is one of the most important EU partners after USA and China. The purpose of this article is to emphasize the importance of the partnership between Russia and the EU and how deep the implications of these relationships concerning the economy and building the security and stability in Europe are. Realising a durable working environment between the two main pawns is a considerable interest for the stability, security and the prosperity of the entire Europe and its neighbours. The relationships between Russia and the EU have a crucial importance in constructing the architecture of the European stability and that implies a continuous and functional collaboration both at a political, as well as an economic level.
