SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AS A STRATEGIC TOOL FOR THE EUROPEAN ADMINISTRATIVE SPACE

Abstract: Effective governance is an important key on which depends social welfare and coherent organization of society according to the needs and expectations of citizens. The success of XXI century organizations depends to a large extent by the search, discovery and effective use of the "talented managers", the leaders who know how to develop the organizational capacities to became efficient and to gain the competitive advantage on a market in continuous transformation. The particularities relating the strategic management and the tools used to develop public policies and social responsibility represents a scientific challenge as much more that European integration process creates an area without internal frontiers, a "European citizenship", also a European management. Social responsibility of organizations contributes to economic development while improving quality of life. Our study requires a deep knowledge of the strategic management tools used by the organizations at European level and social responsibility as key elements to increasing confidence of stakeholders with a profound impact on economic, social and individual level.
