Abstract: Within the framework of the project "Sustainable consumption in an urban environment - regional differences", funded by National Science Fund of Bulgaria, a national round table is held with the participation of researchers from the University of Economics - Varna, the University of National and World Economy - Sofia and the Academy of Economics "D.
