Chapter 8 in List Forum Band 33, 2007, vol. 2, pp 141-152 from List Gesellschaft e.V.
Abstract:
In political consultancy economists are permanently confronted with value judgements. Contract theory allows disclosing value judgements and makes them accessible for scientific analysis. The following contribution examines the works of JOHN RAWLS, ROBERT NOZICK and JAMES M. BUCHANAN on contract theory regarding their practical relevance for scientific political consultancy.
