Abstract: The paper “Evolutions in the national budgetary construction from an European perspective” has as main objective the analysis of the mechanism of elaboration of the Romanian budget, in order to offer a series of solutions in the direction of the harmonization with the European regulations and realities. Particular attention is paid to the interdisciplinary and complex character of the links between the national and the Community budget. (The author)
