Abstract: In this Article, an analysis of school management shall be undertaken, a complex activity covering multiple fields and problems, ensuring that education is provided to meet the present and future needs of society. The perspective of the management review is in line with the challenges of modern, democratic society strongly influenced by the education culture of each educational institution. The innovative school is the answer to the challenges of online courses in the context of preventing infection and spread of SARS CoV-2.
