Abstract:
The content presents basic principles of lean business, such as: understanding customer value, process value analysis, process flow management, process planning and orientation towards perfection and continuous improvement (Kaizen). Focus is placed on managing process losses (TIMWOOD) such as: transportation, inventory, motion, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing, defects and poor personnel management.
