Role of Social-Psychological Method in Staff Management in Modern Life

Abstract: Human Resources Management interests persons, organizations and societies. The productive and happy work of the members of the society can depend on successful Human Resources Management. In this article, the role of social and psychological methods in human resources management is mainly targeted.
