Abstract: This book deals with the tradition of state policy and intervention in the market for rented housing. It describes and analyses the legal classification of intervention measures for supporting rental housing policies since the beginning of the twentieth century. It also looks at the measures from different perspectives, taking political, sociological, and economic developments into consideration. (sewn paper, published in German)
