Konjunktursteuerung durch "Deficit Spending"?, vol 22
Alexander Kustermann
in Rechtsordnung und Wirtschaftsgeschichte from Mohr Siebeck, Tübingen, currently edited by Albrecht Ritschl, Mathias Schmoeckel, Frank Schorkopf and Günther Schulz
Abstract:
An economic crisis in the late 1960s saw German budgetary law subjected to wide reforms based very firmly on Keynesian theory. Alexander Kustermann examines just how and why the legislator chose this path as well as looking into the history of countercyclical fiscal policy in Germany. (cloth, published in German)
