Abstract: Se analizan las negociaciones recientes sostenidas en el marco de la OMC. Para ello, se sigue cronológicamente la adopción de acuerdos en las cinco conferencias ministeriales que han tenido lugar hasta el momento: Singapur (1996), Ginebra (1998), Seattle (1999), Doha (2001) y Cancún (2003).
