Abstract:
Abstract From the perspective of social and ecological economic democracy (soziale und ökologische Wirtschaftsdemokratie) ecosystem conservation and basic income must go together. Up to now, these two issues have been discussed separately, and any attempt to integrate the two issues has not yet been made in earnest. In the meantime, I have asserted that economic activities should be conducted in accordance with the principle of conservation of ecosystem. Furthermore, I have argued that it is appropriate to institutionalize an unconditional basic income according to the principle of human dignity and of justice.
