A chapter in International Economic Relations, 1969, pp 221-226 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Dr Ohlin’s and Professor Marchal’s papers, taken together, elucidate quite exhaustively the present trends in international economic relations and the problems which both national and international economic policies are faced with. I suspect that it will not be possible for us to discuss today all the problems and theses they put forward. This is also why my own comments, limited in scope, will not do full justice to the merits of these papers.
