Abstract: Abstract Economic progress is closely connected with and depends upon the education of the population, on increase of labour productivity and on the most complete and rational use of the labour resources of the country. It is impossible to achieve a speedy development of an economy without educated and trained people, suitably qualified workers, experts in different fields of knowledge: that is without a wide and well-organized system of national education. Equally it is impossible to achieve a high level of education of the working masses except in a developed economy, since only a high level of productivity in all the various fields of production makes possible a wide extension of national education.
