Abstract: Abstract Professor Robinson welcomed the participants and thanked them for devoting their time to the meeting of the Conference. He expressed particular thanks to those who had prepared the papers. He called on Professor James to open the discussion on the paper prepared by Professor Papi on the general problems of the economics of education.
