Abstract:
Abstract It seems that the major thrust of the conference is to examine ways and means of establishing a social and global framework for more optimal world-wide development by supporting national economies with international policy co-ordination. This paper contributes to this rather ambitious endeavour with the investigation of some basic issues of East-West trade and economic relations.
