Abstract: Abstract The Conference was opened by Professor Kouba, who welcomed the participants on behalf of the Czechoslovak Economic Association. He expressed his hope that the Conference would result in the fruitful exchange of experiences between participants from different countries having different institutional and economic frameworks.
