Abstract:
Abstract The steady advance of the Soviet economy is a consciously planned process reflecting a major form of implementation of theory in social practice. The development of the methodology and of a functioning system of national economic planning is a breakthrough in twentieth-century social sciences equal to the most important discoveries of the present-day natural sciences.
