Abstract:
Abstract In the last fifteen years we have had two broad cases of cooperation between Western financial institutions and Comecon countries: (i) normal lending and borrowing activity; (ii) exceptional lending and borrowing activity, linked with financial difficulties of the borrower and involving special collaboration between the lenders and borrowers aimed at solving the financial problems of the latter.
