Abstract:
Abstract The various sessions of this World Congress of the International Economic Association analyse the reactions developed both by planned economies and market economies to the world economic crisis. Obviously, the analysis of these reactions provides a wide basis for comparison of national economies operating in different socio-economic systems. Social economic systems have a decisive influence on the conduct and adjustment abilities of various national economies. The reverse is also true: the implementation of economically necessary interventions exerts an influence on the forms and structures of socio-political systems.
