Abstract:
Abstract The Nigerian economy has undergone tremendous changes over the last three decades. Not only has its growth experience been uneven but the rate of growth has also fluctuated widely. Thus, the growth process has been accompanied by sharp sectoral changes, some of which were partly policy-induced while others have resulted from fortuitous and external factors.
