Abstract: Abstract This paper deals with the planning of manpower hours between study and work in order to maximise the growth of an economic system. The focus of the paper is the central planning agency of the economy, which takes into account the relationship of education and technical skill to productivity. Our results can indicate guidelines for education, which can be applied more or less stringently, according to the degree of centralisation of the system.
