The Last Word
Abraham Zaleznik
A chapter in Executive’s Guide to Understanding People, 2009, pp 175-178 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract If you’re anything like my students at the Harvard Business School, you are probably looking forward to this “last word” much as they anticipated my final lecture. It’s a kind of “wrap up,” a commentary on what the course (in this case, the book) is all about, and how the theory can be applied to real problems executives face in their human relations.
