Abstract:
Abstract Because of advances in cognitive and computer science, we are now able to make our software highly usable. Unfortunately, because of diminished expectations for our misguided notions about software, companies often fail to capitalize on its new capabilities. Therefore, the first step in creating highly usable software is to define what this “highly usable” actually means.
