Abstract: Abstract Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 46 interviewees on a sample of 40 MNCs having their international or regional HQ for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) located in Austria. The companies were selected following a non-probabilistic method from an identified population of approximately 200. Hence, the sample represents some 20 percent of the population.
