Chapter Chapter 3 in The Illusion of Leadership, 2008, pp 22-29 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract You can look at the process of getting a play on stage as a simple series of steps in the creative pathway: The writer writes a play. The director and the designer agree on a design for the set and costumes. The director works with the ensemble of actors to rehearse the play. The actors perform the play for the audience.
